Welcome to KullSewa. By using our app and services, you agree to follow these terms under Nepal law. / कुलसेवामा स्वागत छ। एप र सेवाहरू प्रयोग गरेर तपाईं नेपाल कानुन अनुसार यी नियम र सर्तहरू पालना गर्न सहमत हुनुहुन्छ।
KullSewa is a multi-service platform offering grocery, food, e-commerce, parcel delivery, car rental, pharmacy services, and other online services. / कुलसेवा एक बहु-सेवा प्लेटफर्म हो जसले किराना, खाना, ई–कमर्स, पार्सल डेलिभरी, कार भाडा, औषधि, र अन्य अनलाइन सेवाहरू प्रदान गर्दछ।
The app connects users with merchants, delivery partners, and service providers, acting as a platform provider, not a direct seller. / एप प्रयोगकर्तालाई व्यापारी, डेलिभरी साझेदार, र सेवा प्रदायकसँग जोड्दछ, र यो प्लेटफर्म प्रदायक हो, प्रत्यक्ष विक्रेता होइन।
Users must be 8 years or older. / प्रयोगकर्ताले ८ वर्ष वा माथि हुनु पर्छ।
Users must register with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. / प्रयोगकर्ताले सहि, पूर्ण र अद्यावधिक जानकारीसहित दर्ता गर्नुपर्छ।
By using KullSewa, users confirm compliance with Nepal law. / कुलसेवा प्रयोग गरेर प्रयोगकर्ताले नेपाल कानुन पालन गर्ने पुष्टि गर्दछ।
Users are responsible for account confidentiality and all activity under their account. / प्रयोगकर्ताले आफ्नो खाता गोपनीय राख्न र सबै गतिविधिको जिम्मेवारी लिनु पर्छ।
Users must notify KullSewa immediately if account misuse is suspected. / खाता दुरुपयोग शंका भएमा प्रयोगकर्ताले तुरुन्त कुलसेवामा सूचित गर्नुपर्छ।
KullSewa may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for suspicious or illegal activity. / कुलसेवाले शंका लाग्ने वा गैरकानुनी गतिविधिका लागि खाता निलम्बन, प्रतिबन्ध वा समाप्त गर्न सक्छ।
Services include food delivery, grocery, e-commerce, parcel delivery, car rental, pharmacy, and other online services. / सेवाहरूमा खाना, किराना, ई–कमर्स, पार्सल डेलिभरी, कार भाडा, औषधि, र अन्य अनलाइन सेवाहरू समावेश छन्।
KullSewa provides services “as-is” and may update, suspend, or modify services without prior notice. / कुलसेवा सेवा “जसको छ त्यसरी” प्रदान गर्दछ र सूचना बिना अद्यावधिक, स्थगित वा परिवर्तन गर्न सक्छ।
Service availability may vary based on location, merchant stock, or regulatory compliance. / सेवा उपलब्धता स्थान, व्यापारी स्टक वा कानुनी पालना अनुसार फरक पर्न सक्छ।
All orders must be placed via the KullSewa app and paid through accepted payment methods. / सबै अर्डर कुलसेवा एप मार्फत गर्नुपर्छ र मान्य भुक्तानी माध्यमबाट भुक्तानी गर्नुपर्छ।
Prices, taxes, and delivery charges are displayed in the app and may change without notice. / मूल्य, कर र डेलिभरी शुल्क एपमा देखाइन्छ र सूचना बिना परिवर्तन हुन सक्छ।
Cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling follow KullSewa policy and applicable Nepali law. / रद्द, फिर्ती वा पुनःतालिका कुलसेवा नीतिअनुसार र नेपाल कानुन अनुसार हुनेछ।
Fraudulent orders or misuse of promotions will lead to account suspension and legal action. / धोखाधडी अर्डर वा प्रचारको दुरुपयोगले खाता निलम्बन र कानुनी कारवाही निम्त्याउँछ।
Users agree to:
Not use KullSewa for illegal activities or fraud. / कुलसेवा गैरकानुनी गतिविधि वा ठगीको लागि प्रयोग नगर्ने।
Provide accurate information for deliveries, bookings, and payments. / डेलिभरी, बुकिङ र भुक्तानीका लागि सहि जानकारी दिने।
Respect merchants, delivery personnel, and other users. / व्यापारी, डेलिभरी कर्मचारी र अन्य प्रयोगकर्तालाई सम्मान गर्ने।
Report issues, misuse, or suspicious activity via the app. / समस्या, दुरुपयोग वा शंका लाग्ने गतिविधि एपमार्फत रिपोर्ट गर्ने।
Merchants must comply with Nepal business, tax, and licensing laws. / व्यापारीहरूले नेपालका व्यापार, कर, र लाइसेन्स सम्बन्धी कानुन पालना गर्नुपर्छ।
KullSewa acts as a platform; it is not liable for the quality, authenticity, or legality of goods/services provided by third-party merchants. / कुलसेवा प्लेटफर्मको रूपमा कार्य गर्दछ; तेस्रो पक्ष व्यापारीले प्रदान गरेको सामग्री/सेवाको गुणस्तर, प्रामाणिकता वा कानुनीताको जिम्मेवारी कुलसेवाको हुँदैन।
Users should report disputes or complaints via the app. / प्रयोगकर्ताले विवाद वा उजुरी एपमार्फत रिपोर्ट गर्नुपर्छ।
All content, logos, designs, and trademarks belong to KullSewa. / सबै सामग्री, लोगो, डिजाइन र ट्रेडमार्क कुलसेवाको हो।
Users may not copy, distribute, or use app content without permission. / अनुमति बिना एप सामग्री प्रतिलिपि, वितरण वा प्रयोग गर्न सकिँदैन।
KullSewa collects, stores, and processes personal data according to the Privacy Policy. / कुलसेवाले व्यक्तिगत डाटा गोपनीयता नीतिअनुसार संकलन, भण्डारण र प्रक्रिया गर्छ।
By using KullSewa, users consent to data collection and usage for operations, payments, promotions, and legal compliance. / कुलसेवा प्रयोग गरेर प्रयोगकर्ताले संचालन, भुक्तानी, प्रचार, र कानुनी पालनका लागि डाटा संकलन र प्रयोगमा सहमति जनाउँछन्।
Food and grocery are perishable; ensure delivery address and contact are accurate. / खाना र किराना नाश हुने वस्तु हुन्; डेलिभरी ठेगाना र सम्पर्क सहि दिनुहोस्।
Pharmacy items require prescriptions where applicable. / औषधिका लागि आवश्यक परेमा प्रिस्क्रिप्सन चाहिन्छ।
KullSewa is not liable for health issues caused by products if guidelines are followed. / निर्देशन पालना भएमा उत्पादनबाट स्वास्थ्य समस्या भए कुलसेवा जिम्मेवार हुँदैन।
Users must hold a valid driver’s license. / प्रयोगकर्तासँग मान्य ड्राइभर लाइसेन्स हुनुपर्छ।
Users are responsible for fuel, fines, damages, and insurance. / इन्धन, जरिवाना, क्षति, र बीमाको जिम्मेवारी प्रयोगकर्ताको हो।
Car rental disputes are handled per Nepal law. / कार भाडा सम्बन्धी विवाद नेपाल कानुन अनुसार समाधान गरिनेछ।
Parcel contents must be legal; prohibited items will be rejected. / पार्सलको सामग्री कानुनी हुनुपर्छ; प्रतिबन्धित वस्तु अस्वीकृत गरिनेछ।
Delivery times are estimated; delays may occur due to traffic or weather. / डेलिभरी समय अनुमानित हुन्छ; ट्राफिक वा मौसम कारण ढिला हुन सक्छ।
KullSewa is not liable for delays, damages, losses, or disputes caused by merchants, delivery partners, or users. / कुलसेवा व्यापारी, डेलिभरी साझेदार वा प्रयोगकर्ताबाट उत्पन्न ढिलाइ, क्षति, नोक्सानी वा विवादको लागि जिम्मेवार छैन।
Users use the app at their own risk. / एप प्रयोग प्रयोगकर्ताको आफ्नै जिम्मेवारीमा हो।
KullSewa may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of terms or Nepal law. / नियम वा नेपाल कानुन उल्लंघनमा खाता निलम्बन वा समाप्त गर्न सकिन्छ।
Users can close accounts by contacting support. / प्रयोगकर्ताले समर्थनमा सम्पर्क गरेर खाता बन्द गर्न सक्छ।
These terms are governed by Nepal law. / यी नियम नेपाल कानुन अनुसार लागु हुन्छ।
Disputes shall be resolved through mutual discussion or Nepal courts if unresolved. / विवाद असुल नहुने खण्डमा आपसी छलफल वा नेपाल अदालतमा समाधान गरिनेछ।
KullSewa may update terms anytime; continued use constitutes acceptance. / कुलसेवाले नियम कहिलेसुकै अद्यावधिक गर्न सक्छ; एप निरन्तर प्रयोगले स्वीकृति जनाउँछ।
